Robert H. Foglesong is the Chairman of the Board of Stark Aerospace. He is also the President and Executive Director of the Appalachian Leadership and Education Foundation, a non-profit he founded whose mission is to identify and enable financially challenged, motivated young men and women from Appalachia to attend college and prepare themselves for leadership roles in their communities and businesses. He was appointed by the President of the United States as Chairman of the US-Russia Commission on MIA/POW’s and continues to serve in that role.
Foglesong is a retired General from the United States Air Force. He served in various jobs in the Air Force to include the Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Commander of United States Air Forces in Europe, and Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. After retiring from the Air Force, he served as the President of Mississippi State University and as an independent director on numerous Board of Directors across a variety of businesses. Foglesong has a PhD in Chemical Engineering, an MSChE, and a BSChE from West Virginia University and several honorary doctorates.
Tom Ronaldi is the President of Stark Aerospace. He was previously hired as the Chief Operating Officer in January 2010.
Tom has over 30 years experience in engineering and business operations. His experience includes several defense procurement programs. These programs include Program Management support for Trident and Fast Attack Class submarines, as well as Program Management, Design Development and Production for Electro-Optic infrared detectors used on missile program and land based target acquisition, primarily for the Army and Air Force. Tom also lead design, test, and production teams for counter-counter measure program for FLIR infrared sensors. In the commercial sector, Tom has lead business operations in six countries (US, Germany, The Netherlands, UK, France, and China).
Mr. Ronaldi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and a MBA in Operations Management from the University of Dallas.
Dan Augustine is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Dan Augustine’s industry experience includes Vice President of Sales and Business Development, with several aerospace and defense companies, including Elbit Systems of America, Vectronix Inc., QinetiQ, and SYColeman, a subsidiary of the L-3 Communications Corporation.
Mr. Augustine served on both the Joint Staff and the Army Staff in the Pentagon. He holds a Masters of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and a Master’s of Science in Business Management from Troy University. Dan is a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College, the US Army Command and General Staff College, as well as the US Army Infantry, Intelligence, and Artillery schools. Dan holds certificates in both Greek and Spanish languages from the Defense Language Institute.
